about the evening

An event to celebrate & benefit the mission of The Heart2Heart Foundation

It was in 1950 that the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) declared heart disease to be the number one killer of American men and women. As we look back at the past 75 years and forward to our mission to help change this narrative, join us for a 1950s themed event with vintage-inspired attire, beverages, heavy hors d'oeuvres, entertaining games, music and dancing. In keeping with the vintge theme, attire is black and white with a splash of red. Members of #RedHeartMamas are welcome to wear red dresses, if preferred.

a specially curated menu

Chef Rob Masone

Cocktail parties were the rage in the 1950s and marked a significant change in the way people socialized and entertained. Our Sip & Savor Soiree is an homage to those sophisticated gatherings as a fun way to spend an evening with friends. Guests will enjoy a specially curated menu of vintage cocktails (mocktails) and heavy hors d'oeuvres by the renowned Chef Rob Masone. Each guest will receive a complimentary drink ticket for their choice of cocktail, beer or wine. A cash bar will be available for additional beverages.

music to set the mood

The Marc Hoffman Quartet

Without a doubt, the early 1950s produced incredible music in post-war United States featuring iconic artists like Frank Sinatra, Patti Page, Tony Bennett, Doris Day. Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald and, of course, the popular Swing genre!  Guests will be entertained by the timeless tunes of this era by The Marc Hoffman Quartet and can enjoy the dance floor in our recreated nightclub of yesteryear. In addition to the music and dancing, Keith Wilkes will be snapping photos for guests as a special memento of the evening.

putting the FUN in fundraising

Party Games & Contests

In 2025, our goal is to expand our Advance Cardiovascular Screening and Community Outreach Programs. As an all volunteer organization, we designate our donations to free heart health educational resources and programs for families as well as helping more women and men learn their personal risk for heart disease.  Our evening will feature a Wine Pull, our fun Heart Necklace Game, and fabulous Door Prize give-ways. Proceeds from ticket sales, table sponsorships, corporate contributions and party games will fund our unique heart health programs.
